GeoData Direct now has all liens and lis pendens (active or not) on any property in New York City. Our extensive database allows us to provide our clients with access to over twenty years of New York City property liens.

Active liens are displayed directly on the Property Report for your convenience. At the top of the property report, there is an alert with the number of active liens. A list of all liens (active or inactive) is also available through a link at the top right-hand-side of the page. Liens highlighted in gray are inactive because they have either been satisfied or expired.
