In addition to finding the most up to date comparables, GeoData users can now select up to six comparables, and perform a market analysis.

The market analysis compares to subject against the comparables side by side, adjusting for time, lot, size, square footage and square footage. A value of the subject property is calculated based off of the comparable adjustments.
